1. Arm & Camera Services

Arm & Camera provides professional video production, content creation, editing, recurring Content Plans, individual Content Sessions, and related creative services.

Specific services may have additional terms, agreements, proposals, order forms, checkout terms, or other written conditions.

If a separate agreement applies to a service you purchase, that agreement controls if there is any conflict with these general website Terms & Conditions.

2. Content Plans

Arm & Camera may offer recurring or fixed-term Content Plans.

Pricing, billing frequency, minimum commitments, included production services, revisions, scheduling rights, cancellation terms, and other plan-specific conditions are governed by the applicable Content Plan Agreement and the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Purchasing a Content Plan does not replace or modify the requirements contained in your applicable Content Plan Agreement.

3. Content Sessions

Arm & Camera may offer individual, one-time Content Sessions.

The services included in a Content Session will be described on the applicable sales or checkout page.

Any promotional upgrade credit associated with a Content Session is subject to the eligibility requirements stated when the offer is presented.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Recurring subscriptions may continue according to the billing terms accepted at checkout or contained in your applicable service agreement.

Refunds, cancellations, remaining payment obligations, and previously completed services are governed by the applicable agreement and purchase terms.

5. Scheduling

Production services are subject to availability.

Some Arm & Camera services use private scheduling links provided directly to clients. Scheduling access may depend on factors including completion of onboarding requirements, payment status, availability, and the terms of the applicable service.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information so scheduling and production communications can be delivered.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing information, approvals, materials, access, locations, participants, permissions, and other items reasonably necessary for Arm & Camera to perform the requested services.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect scheduling, production, editing, or delivery timelines.

7. Revisions and Deliverables

The number and scope of revisions included with a service are determined by the applicable service description or agreement.

Additional revisions, production requests, reshoots, deliverables, or services outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

8. Intellectual Property

The Arm & Camera name, website, branding, graphics, designs, text, photographs, videos, and other website materials owned by Arm & Camera may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Ownership, licensing, and usage rights relating to client-created video content are governed by the applicable client agreement.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• violate any applicable law;
• attempt unauthorized access to the website or connected systems;
• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• submit fraudulent or misleading information;
• misuse forms, scheduling systems, payment systems, or client resources; or
• copy or commercially exploit website materials without authorization.

10. Electronic Communications

When you provide your email address or telephone number in connection with a purchase, appointment, support request, or client relationship, Arm & Camera may contact you regarding that transaction or service.

Communications may include appointment information, payment notices, production updates, review links, account support, and other service-related messages.

If you consent to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may reply STOP to an applicable text message to opt out of further SMS messages from that messaging program.

Marketing communications, when offered, may require separate consent.

11. Third-Party Services

Arm & Camera may use third-party providers for services such as website hosting, customer relationship management, payment processing, scheduling, email, text messaging, video hosting, file delivery, analytics, and other business operations.

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

12. No Guarantee of Business Results

Arm & Camera provides creative and production services but does not guarantee specific views, followers, leads, sales, revenue, engagement, advertising performance, or other business results from content produced.

13. Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or that every piece of information will always be error-free or current.

We may update services, prices, website content, and these Terms from time to time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arm & Camera will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising solely from use of this website.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Any liability arising from a separately contracted Arm & Camera service remains subject to the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Arm & Camera may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
